We act solely as a service provider to assist with the trademark filing process. We are not liable for rejections, delays, or decisions made by trademark offices or government entities. Our liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for trademark filing. Any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in the provided data may lead to application rejection, and we will not be held responsible for such outcomes.
